How are Fees Determined?

At CFS America, Inc. we provide each client with a written proposal for their requested service, such as, arbitrage rebate computation. Depending on the service(s) being requested, a fee schedule is determined.  Fees are fixed and guaranteed not to change during the engagement. As a specialist in arbitrage rebate, we understand that the engagement can evolve over time and we do not penalize you for the engagement not progressing as we felt it should.  Additionally, since our proposal is a fixed guaranteed price, we do not charge an hourly rate or limit the scope of the project based on the amount of effort involved. We are here to ensure you meet compliance with the Tax Code and the IRS regulations.
