CFS America, Inc. has developed long-term relationships with major trust banks throughout the country. Trustees provide current monthly account activity and history directly to CFS America, Inc. for those clients who request this service. By receiving monthly trust statements, the required activity to compute the rebate amount does not have to be requested again from our clients on the computation dates. This enables CFS America, Inc. to issue rebate reports systemically on bond anniversary dates without our clients having to forward additional information for this purpose.
Many trustee banks will provide required historical information on our client’s behalf, eliminating the need for our clients to search for and copy reports they have received in the past.
